Scholarship

Master of Athletic Training

Thanks to our generous donors, Midland University is proud to offer MAT Traditional students a scholarship to help support students as they complete their degrees.

Midland’s Housing Offer

Are you enrolled in Midland’s MAT traditional program? Then, you qualify for our FREE housing offer on the Fremont campus! Check out our Olson Village apartments.

MAT students who take advantage of this special offer will live in a two-bedroom apartment with a twin size bed frame and mattress. Plus, a dresser for extra storage! The only thing students will need to bring with them is furniture for dining and living spaces.

Complete with a full kitchen, including a fridge, microwave, oven, and stovetop – this apartment also comes with a full-size washer and dryer in every unit!

How Many Roommates Will I Have?

At Midland University, all of our apartments can accommodate up to three students per apartment.

What Other Fees Will I Have?

Students interested in this housing offer can expect to pay little to no extra costs because all utilities are included. The utilities included in the cost of the apartment are:

  • Trash
  • Water
  • Sewer
  • Gas
  • Wifi

If you are interested in having cable in the apartment, this will count as an extra fee for which students would be responsible. Students may also add a garage to their housing for an additional cost of $210 each semester.

What If I Want To Use My Own Bedroom Furniture?

If you would like to use your own bed frame, mattress, and dresser, you may bring your own. However, to ensure no items are lost in the shuffle of moving day, the furniture provided by Midland can not be physically removed from the apartment.

Complete With A Meal Plan!

As a requirement for the MAT housing offer, students must choose a meal plan that best fits their needs and price point.

Please note: any students who take advantage of this offer must have at least the lowest meal plan available for an extra cost, which would include seven meals per week.
Midland would be happy to make special accommodations for students with special dietary needs to make sure that your needs are taken care of. Please, contact Gren Rodricks with Fresh Ideas at rodricks@midlandu.edu to make these special arrangements.

When Can I Move-In?

The typical move-in date for our Fremont housing is the weekend before the first day of in-person classes.

Next Steps After Being Accepted

After being accepted into the program, you will receive an application for free housing from dovark@midlandu.edu. After completing the housing request form, you will need to keep an eye out for an email that will connect you with your roommates and go over the next steps before your move-in date! Once you have that information, the rest is up to you!
