Application Documents
After completing the online graduate application form, please submit the following documents to support your application for admission to the program.
Personal Statement
Applicants should submit their personal statement through our application website. Applicants should introduce themselves by answering the questions below:
- In what capacity do you serve students and/or educators? List your education experiences, both past and present.
- What key experiences/people have most impacted your teaching and learning?
- What are your aspirations for your continued work in the education profession?
Resume
Applicants should submit a 1-page resume through our application website highlighting their employment and education background. The employment section should include locations, titles, and dates. The education section should include dates of attendance and degrees received.
Official Transcript
Please send an official transcript showing your bachelor’s degree to the Admissions Office, 11213 Davenport St #100, Omaha, NE 68154. Electronic transcripts are acceptable, and can be sent to graduate.admissions@midlandu.edu as long as they are officially issued from the registrar of your university.
Copy of Teaching License
Submit a copy of your teaching license through our application website.
