Master of Science – Learning and Talent Development


Midland University’s Master of Science – Learning and Talent Development program is designed for individuals currently working with, or wanting to work with, adult learners in a variety of individual and collective learning environments.

Students in the Master of Science – Learning and Talent Development program will complete 27 credits in required core courses. Students will also have the opportunity to earn an area of emphasis in either Coaching and Mentoring or Adult Education for a total of 33 credits.

Please note: Students do not have to complete an area of emphasis, but they do need to complete six credits in elective courses.
