Midland University’s online RN to BSN program option helps students continue to grow professionally while fitting classes into their busy schedules. Students will complete clinical hours within their own community and gain real-life experiences. During this process, students will assess the health needs of an identified population and create an approach or educational plan to help that specific population. Each student selects their population with approval from the course faculty member.  Students will work within their community agencies to implement the plan to meet the needs of that population.
