Teacher Career Ladder Program
How to Apply
To apply to our Teacher Career Ladder program, students must begin the process by creating an account on our admissions portal and filling out our undergraduate online application.
After creating an account, students will need to verify their login via email and save their login credentials. With this account, students can check in to the admissions portal periodically for updates on their current status.
Once an account has been set up, students will need to submit all supporting documents through the admissions portal.
To complete our online application form, please submit the following documents to support your application for admission to the program.
1. Official Transcripts
Please send all official high school and college transcripts to the Admissions Office, 900 North Clarkson, Fremont, NE 68025. Electronic transcripts are acceptable, and can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, as long as they are officially issued from the registrar of your high school or previous university.
2. Provide Any Praxis Scores Obtained
If you have taken the Praxis exam before, please submit a copy of your scores through our application website.

Applications should be received by the date above to ensure your admission to Midland University can be completed before the start of term.
Once a student has been accepted into the Teacher Career Ladder program, they will need to complete the following final steps of the admissions process to secure their place in their classes.
Your $250 deposit secures your place in the class, triggers your enrollment in your first courses, and is non-refundable. You can pay your deposit via Midland’s online program payment system, or by mailing a check to the address below. If paying online, please ask Admissions for your student ID number to ensure the payment is correctly applied.

International students will require a $2,500 deposit and a deposit must be received before Midland will issue any visa documents.
To help guide potential applicants, we’ve created an index of all of the FAQ posts that would give applicants a better idea of the admissions process.
To view and accept your financial aid award you will need to visit Warrior Central and do the following:
- Click on “My Financial Aid,” then click on “Award Letter.”
- Click on the box under “accept/reject” to accept the award.
- To accept a lesser loan amount, reach out to financial aid directly at email@example.com. Click on “Accept all awards.”
Students can keep track of their application progress by logging into their application portal to see their status at any given time. From there, students can see what documents they still need to turn in and they can also see what they have already submitted as well.
Please note: The submission of required documents and payment of the enrollment deposit are the main things that can hold up a student’s admission into a program.
Students who are enrolled in one of Midland’s Graduate and Professional Studies programs should: Pay their bill or set up a payment plan. Then, contact their advisor to make sure they have a program of study in place.
Once a program of study is in place, the students advisor will automatically continue to register them for classes based on their program of study. Any student who would like to know what their curriculum path looks, please contact your advisor.
