Financial aid from the federal government is available for almost all programs in the Center for Graduate and Professional Studies, as another way to make additional education an option for you as you consider joining us at Midland University.
Graduate federal aid may be available for all master’s degree programs and education endorsement programs. Undergraduate federal aid may be available for the Teacher Career Ladder program and the RN-BSN degree path. The Midland Code Academy and the Project Management Certificate program are not eligible for federal aid.
Graduate Federal Aid
Federal graduate financial aid is not dependent on income, although the FAFSA requires input from your tax returns. We have found that the vast majority of our applicants have been eligible to borrow up to the full cost of the program, as long as they meet the eligibility requirements outlined on the FAFSA.
Students who are U.S. Citizens, or permanent residents, are generally eligible for federal financial aid if they do not default on any federal loans and have not hit the federal borrowing limit of $138,500 for graduate programs.View Financial Aid Eligibility Requirements
Undergraduate Federal Aid
Federal undergraduate financial aid will use your tax returns to assess your eligibility for federal subsidized and unsubsidized loans and grants as you return for your bachelor’s degree.
Students who are U.S. Citizens, or permanent residents, are generally eligible for federal financial aid if they do not default on any federal loans and have not hit the federal borrowing limit of $57,500 for undergraduate programs.View Financial Aid Eligibility Requirements
Students who are ready to start the financial aid process may start by applying for student loans by completing the FAFSA and entering Midland’s Title IV Code: 002553Start Application
